Our first conversation during your free therapy consultation is a chance to find out if we’re a good fit for meeting your therapy needs.

Research shows that the most important element of good therapy is the relationship between you and your therapist.  It's important to know that your therapist has a deep understanding of the issues bringing you to therapy, but even more important is the relationship that you build together.

  • What kind of changes do want to make? Imagine what you want to notice after working with a therapist for 3 months, 6 months, a year?

  • What do you expect from your therapist?

  • If you've been in therapy before, what was helpful and what wasn't?
